A few quick tips
- Start simple: choose your dataset, platform, and date range first.
- Historical cap: Self-serve requests are limited to 365 days. Route true all-time requests through the Data Tech team.
- Use filters when helpful: add them when you want to narrow the results.
- Delivery: every successful request is copied to Google Drive. Smaller requests also download in your browser.
- Filter logic: AND applies all rules. OR applies any matching rule.
- List filters: Matches any of and Excludes work best with a list of values. Text filters like contains use manual input.
- Definitions: find metric and reporting definitions in the Data & Reporting Alignment doc.
